Former Councilman THOMAS FALLS
I need to know if anybody out there had any bad experiences with Councilman Thomas Falls when he was on the council. Speak up, nows the time. He's over in the Pomona Court handing out minute orders for area investors. Was he ever involved in any corruption scandals in Covina. Anybody got a bone to pick about this guy?
